Due to several travel advisories on Kenya, several potential foreign delegates have expressed a wish for postponement of the 2014 conference or relocation to another country. After extensive consultations, we have decided to relocate the conference to South Africa. The dates of the conference will be between the 25th to the 27th of September, 2014 in Pretoria, South Africa.

Nairobi, Kenya will be the venue for the 3rd E-Leadership Conference. Nairobi, popularly known as the "City in the Sun", has a population of over three million people, is also the home of M-Pesa, the innovative and popular financial services currently with a subscriber base of about 20 million subscribers. Nairobi also boasts of a national park within the city. Plan to join us during this years conference for a truly East African hospitality.

E-LEADERSHIP.ORG is a knowledge forum for realizing innovations in Africa. We see e-leadership as being instrumental in the strategic application of ICTs for Africa’s public, private and NGO institutions. E-Leadership has the potential to influence billions of people, changing their attitudes, behaviour, decisions and organizational performance across the globe.

The 3rd E-Leadership 2014 Conference will be an International Conference on Technology, Leadership and Business. The theme of the conference is "Innovative Leadership and Management in a Digital World". There will be a range of sub-themes related to Technology and Entrepreneurship; Technology Leadership; Operations Management and Technology; Organizational Transformation in a Digital World; Project Management; Financial Management; Human Resource Management; Marketing Management; Technology and Health; etc. We invite you to look at the range of sub-themes found in the Call for Papers (CFP).

The conference will accept papers an presentations from academics, practitioners and students from around the world. Conference delegates are encouraged to submit full papers, case studies, short papers, extended abstracts and proposals for invited sessions. Submitted papers shall be double-blind reviewed and published in a conference proceedings CD and in Book format. Highly quality papers shall be considered for publication in selected journals.
